Spice mixture - Tunesian speciality

The traditional tunesian spice mixture harissa is apparently prepared slightly different be the families of its home country. These different recipes are kept very secret. To create a paste just add some olive oil to the mixture and then you have a wonderful marinade to go with lamb or any red meat you wish.
Ingredients: Chili, coriander, cumin, garlic, paprika and salt.
To preserve aroma and taste all herbs and spices should be kept in a cool and dry place preferably protected from light.
